At an altitude of 840 meters and with a breathtaking view, your cottage is located in a quiet hamlet in the town of Grandval (63), in the heart of the Livradois Forez natural park.
It was created in a farmhouse building which was renovated with great care by the owners in a country spirit and in the Auvergne style. Charm and authenticity are there.
Terrace with view, garden furniture and deckchair for long moments of quiet relaxation.
There are two spacious parking lots, one of which is reserved for motorcycles on a concrete surface. For our biker friends, possibility of having free tools and a compressor (in the presence of the owner)
Livradois-Forez is an area full of nature. It is a tourist destination in the heart of Auvergne in unspoiled nature which offers varied landscapes (by motorbike, mountain bike or even on foot where hiking is king). Everywhere, know-how passed down for centuries is an experience to be had. An ancient heritage of castles and remarkable towns are to be discovered.
In addition, the proximity to major tourist sites located nearby remains a significant asset.
For the winter the ski resorts are LES PRADEAUX at 45 km, CHALMAZEL at 36 km.

Airport: Clermont-Ferrand 40 km
